About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements
Ever found yourself admiring a beautifully tiled floor and thinking, “I could do that even better”? If meticulously leveling out cement and placing tiles with precision gives you a sense of pride, you might be just who we’re looking for. We’re in need of skilled Ceramic Tile Installers ready to join our dynamic project in the heart of Jumeira, Dubai. Whether you’re an experienced hand or hungry for your next challenge, there’s an opportunity here to contribute meaningfully—and get well rewarded for your craft.
About the Company
Our team has been shaping living and working spaces across Dubai for over a decade, blending old-world craftsmanship with modern flair. We’re a tight-knit bunch who value professionalism and camaraderie — there’s usually a friendly contest to see who lays the straightest line, and you’ll never have to worry about being “just another worker” here. If you value reliability, fairness, and a shared sense of pride in your finished work, you’ll fit right in.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Preparing surfaces and applying cement screed to create a flawless foundation for tile installation
- Measuring and cutting tiles accurately for a perfect fit, whether the layout is standard or custom
- Handling a range of ceramic tile types and patterns—floors and walls alike
- Ensuring all installations align with project specifications and safety requirements
- Troubleshooting challenges on-site, from uneven flooring to tricky corners
- Working as part of a crew that respects timelines—and celebrates together when a job comes out especially sharp
- Maintaining a clean, safe workspace (because it matters just as much as the finished product)
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Prior hands-on experience installing ceramic tiles and managing cement screed
- A transferable or no-objection visa (this is essential for the project)
- Reliability—a team player who can be counted on to show up and give their best
- Basic tools knowledge and a keen eye for detail
- Willingness to take feedback and learn new tricks of the trade
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience with complex patterns or large-scale commercial tile work
- Ability to communicate in basic English or Arabic on-site
- A good sense of humor (seriously, it gets us through the hottest days)
Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.
Why You’ll Love Working Here
- Competitive pay: AED 2800–3500 per month, based on your skills and experience
- Flexible payments: Weekly salary options, for those who prefer frequent payouts
- Free accommodation so you can focus on your craft, not your commute
- An environment that values your skills, celebrates a job well done, and looks after the crew
- Opportunities to move up or stay on for future, longer-term projects — high performers get noticed
- Work in one of Dubai’s most sought-after locations, with a team that feels more like family
This could be your chance to leave your mark on one of Dubai’s standout interiors, and to do it with a crew that backs you up every step of the way.
