About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements

Ever pictured your craftsmanship featured in a stunning Dubai villa? We’re searching for a dedicated Ceramic & Porcelain Tile Installation Team to bring a luxury project to life. If you and your teammates take pride in precision, work well together, and enjoy seeing a job through with professionalism, this could be the opportunity to showcase your skills in one of Dubai’s most vibrant markets. Plus, our flexible payment model rewards efficiency and quality — just how it should be.

About the Company

We’re a specialized tile installation firm with a reputation for bringing intricate designs and flawless finishes to some of Dubai’s most ambitious residential projects. Our team is a blend of methodical masters and up-and-coming talents, united by a commitment to craft and respect for one another’s work — and ideas. Here, we think every floor and wall tells a story, and our customers keep coming back because we treat every project like it’s our own home. No stuffy hierarchy, just a straightforward crew who values punctuality, mutual respect, and the satisfaction of a job done right (team lunches after a hard day’s work are a bit of a tradition).

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Accurately laying ceramic and porcelain tiles across floors and walls, ensuring perfect alignment and finish in villa interiors
  • Working collaboratively as a cohesive team — installers and helpers — to meet project deadlines without sacrificing quality
  • Managing site prep, including cutting, leveling, and fitting tiles using appropriate methods and tools
  • Troubleshooting unexpected surface or material issues as they arise (yes, old Dubai villas can be full of surprises)
  • Maintaining a tidy, safe worksite and respecting both the client’s space and your fellow teammates throughout the project
  • Communicating proactively with supervisors and site managers about progress, needs, and any site complications

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves:

  • Valid UAE residence visa for all team members
  • Demonstrated experience as a tile installation team completing high-end residential or villa projects
  • Ability to supply your full team (installers plus helpers)
  • Strong sense of professionalism, reliability, and commitment to client satisfaction
  • Willingness to work per-square-meter, with clear communication about progress and results

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Previous work on luxury villa interiors in Dubai or the Gulf region
  • Familiarity with the latest tile trends or complex installation techniques (think: mosaics, patterns, unconventional layouts)
  • English or Arabic communication skills for smoother site coordination

Not sure if your team ticks every box? We’d still love to hear from you — dedication and teamwork mean a lot around here.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Transparent, performance-based payment: you’re rewarded for the work you do, per SQM, with no guesswork
  • Supportive, no-nonsense project management that values both efficiency and meticulous results
  • The chance to build your reputation installing in high-profile villa environments
  • Collaborative team environment (expect practical jokes and mutual respect in equal measure)
  • Real flexibility: if you’re proud of your craft, we trust you to deliver quality

Great work deserves both recognition and the satisfaction of a job well done. If your team thrives on working together and delights in standout results, we think you’ll feel right at home.

  • Can you share an example of clear communication on site — either with site managers, supervisors, or among your own team — that prevented mistakes or improved efficiency?

  • How do you foster mutual respect and positive teamwork among installers and helpers on a busy site?
  • In what ways do you stay updated on current tile trends or emerging installation techniques, and how do you bring these to your projects?

Market-Based Salary Overview and Analysis

For an experienced ceramic and porcelain tile installation team working on luxury villa projects in Dubai, you should expect a per-square-meter rate that typically allows skilled installers to earn between 6,000 and 10,000 AED per month, depending on project scale and your team’s speed and quality of work. Helpers generally earn in the range of 2,500 to 4,000 AED per month. Teams with a track record in high-end residential settings and familiarity with complex installation patterns can often negotiate at the higher end of this range, especially for projects requiring top-notch finishes.
