We’re hiring for several key roles at a bustling chocolate factory in Al Qusais, Dubai, and if you’re looking for steady work, a supportive team, and immediate start dates, this could be your sweetest opportunity yet. About the Company
This isn’t your run-of-the-mill production facility. Our factory has been a staple of the Al Qusais community for years, bringing together a diverse group of hardworking folks from across the globe. Here, teamwork isn’t just a buzzword—it’s how we get thousands of delectable chocolates out the door each day! We value reliability, honesty, and a sense of humor (expect plenty of friendly banter on lunch breaks). When deadlines loom, everyone chips in, but we never lose sight of safety or respect.

- Helping with general warehouse duties like organizing supplies or keeping track of inventory.
- Assisting with loading and unloading deliveries, working with your crew to make sure products are shipped on time and received safely.
- Maintaining your work area tidy and safe — neatness counts, but you don’t need to be a clean-freak.
- Collaborating with your coworkers—sometimes it might mean lending a hand in another area when things get busy.
What You’ll Bring
- A willingness to work hard and learn on the job—no chocolate experience required.
- Physical fitness to stand, lift, and move items for most of your shift.
- You’re based in the UAE and ready to start right away.
- Dependability—your team counts on you showing up, every shift.
- A positive attitude and the ability to work well with people from different backgrounds.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Any factory, warehouse, or packing experience a plus, but not a must.
