What You’ll Be Doing
- Overseeing daily site operations near Mussafah and ensuring all activities run smoothly and safely
- Coordinating between subcontractors, suppliers, and the main office to keep projects on track
- Monitoring work progress, quality control, and compliance with project specifications
- Preparing daily site reports and communicating updates and challenges to project managers
- Troubleshooting unexpected issues on site—because let’s face it, things rarely go 100% to plan
- Assisting with site inspections and helping to ensure a safe working environment
- Supporting the team with technical advice and hands-on problem solving when it matters most
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Site Engineer on civil projects
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, site safety, and local building codes
- Proficient in reading technical drawings and using site engineering tools
- UAE residency and availability for immediate joining
- Solid communication skills in English (spoken and written)
Nice-to-Haves:
- Previous experience working in Abu Dhabi or the wider UAE
- Familiarity with project management software
- Basic Arabic language skills
- Valid UAE driving license
