About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements
Introduction
Curious what it’s like to see your ideas literally shape the city skyline? As a Civil Engineer on our team, you’ll turn blueprints into reality—and there's nothing quite like sparking positive change you can point to for years to come. We’re on the lookout for someone who’s not just technically sharp but also genuinely cares about how every plan, detail, and decision impacts the bigger picture. If you thrive on seeing your meticulous planning come to life (and maybe have a soft spot for neatly organized site logs), this might just be your next big move.
About the Company
We’re not your typical construction firm. While we’ve delivered some marquee projects across Deira and beyond, it’s our hands-on, collaborative culture that really sets us apart. Think daily team huddles, open-door brainstorming sessions, and a place where everyone’s voice gets heard—no matter your title. Our project managers love a good design challenge, and there’s usually fresh coffee brewing before site visits. Growth? Absolutely: we’re at an exciting stage, taking on varied projects that keep things interesting and employees learning. Flexibility, accountability, and safety are cornerstones—but so is celebrating the small wins with team lunches and the occasional after-hours hangout.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Developing and reviewing civil engineering plans and detailed drawings for active and upcoming projects.
- Coordinating with architects, contractors, and the wider project team to turn plans into seamless, successful builds.
- Conducting site visits to monitor progress, enforce safety compliance, and troubleshoot on-the-fly issues—sometimes it’s muddy boots, sometimes it’s CAD software.
- Overseeing and inspecting work at every stage to make sure it aligns with project specs, timelines, and quality standards.
- Preparing and managing budgets, timelines, and resource allocations (and spotting when something looks off before it becomes a problem).
- Ensuring all activities comply with local regulations, environmental statutes, and company safety protocols.
- Generating technical reports, keeping stakeholders in the loop, and recommending smarter solutions when called for.
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (accredited, please!)

- Solid working knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Project, and structural analysis software
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail—even when the pressure’s on
- Proven ability to communicate and negotiate tactfully with external vendors, officials, and team members
- A results-driven mindset, especially when juggling deadlines and shifting project needs
