What You’ll Be Doing
- Handling block work and precise plastering to build strong, smooth foundations and walls
- Installing and repairing all types of tiles — from basic jobs to intricate custom patterns for high-end villas
- Carrying out concrete works, including mixing, pouring, and setting, plus detailed finishing touches
- Supporting a wide variety of outdoor construction tasks (think pool edges, pathway details, garden walls)
- Collaborating closely with landscapers, engineers, and project managers to turn ambitious plans into reality
- Keeping your tools and workspace safe, organized, and running like a well-oiled machine
- Troubleshooting on the fly — if a challenge pops up mid-project, you’re quick to find a practical solution
- Guiding or assisting less experienced workers when needed, sharing your skills and setting high standards
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Proven experience as a mason in construction or landscaping (ideally in Dubai or the UAE region)
- Solid skills in block work, plastering, tile fixing, and concrete finishing
- Ability to read and work from technical drawings, with a good eye for detail
- Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic out on site
- Willingness to pitch in across a variety of tasks — no “that’s not my job” attitude
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience with outdoor/villa renovation, swimming pools, or luxury landscaping projects
- Basic English or Arabic communication skills for smooth teamwork
- Valid UAE driving license
