What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting day-to-day construction activities relevant to your role—laying bricks, pouring concrete, wiring, fixing pipes, assisting with materials or managing teams (depending on your position).
- Collaborating closely with engineers, tradespeople, and helpers to keep every site running smoothly and safely.
- Developing your technical know-how: get hands-on with the tools of the trade, modern construction methods, and site protocols.
- Responding to on-site challenges with a can-do attitude and supporting your fellow workers when workloads peak.
- For supervisors: overseeing job site timelines, safety compliance, and supporting the growth of less experienced team members.
