What You’ll Be Doing

  • Supporting day-to-day construction activities relevant to your role—laying bricks, pouring concrete, wiring, fixing pipes, assisting with materials or managing teams (depending on your position).

  • For supervisors: overseeing job site timelines, safety compliance, and supporting the growth of less experienced team members.

What You’ll Bring

  • A solid work ethic—punctuality, respect for safety, and a genuine team spirit.
  • For skilled roles: practical experience and technical know-how as a Mason, Carpenter, Electrician, Plumber, or Supervisor.
  • For helpers: willingness to learn, take direction, and support the team.
  • Basic communication skills (English, Hindi, or Arabic an advantage).
  • Physical fitness for a dynamic, on-your-feet workday.

Not sure you match every single requirement? If you’re hardworking, proactive, and eager to be part of a great crew, we encourage you to reach out.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Competitive compensation (AED 2,500 – 6,500, depending on your role and experience)
  • Accommodation and transport provided, so you can focus on what really matters—doing your best work.
  • Work visa and insurance—your welfare is covered from day one.
  • Diverse, lively team culture: you’ll share the site with people from all walks of life.
  • Clear paths for growth: pick up new skills, take on more responsibility, and carve out your place in the industry.
