About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements

Ever managed a team where every detail mattered — from the way a marble floor lines up to the last coat of paint? If the answer is yes, you might be the Site Foreman we’re searching for. This is more than keeping an eye on timelines and punch lists — it’s about knowing civil works, finishing, and the ins and outs of on-site MEP guiding hands-on crews to deliver truly standout interior spaces. With the UAE’s fit-out market bustling, this role puts you right at the forefront, transforming blueprints into beautiful reality.

About the Company

We aren’t your average contracting firm. Since our start, our reputation has been built on thriving in the fast-paced world of interior fit-outs, shaping everything from sleek office suites to unforgettable retail experiences. The team here believes in straightforward communication and high standards (we’re as picky about grout lines as we are about punchlines in our WhatsApp group chats). At our core, we’re driven by craftsmanship, client respect, and a genuine pride in what we build — and yes, we all get pretty invested in our Friday site walkthroughs.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Overseeing daily site operations for fit-out, civil, finishing, and MEP packages
  • Coordinating with subcontractors, suppliers, and the project team to keep everything running to spec
  • Guiding, supervising, and motivating manpower to ensure quality standards and safety regulations are always met
  • Handling challenges on-site with a “let’s fix this” attitude – from last-minute client changes to unexpected resource hiccups
  • Ensuring all work aligns with drawings, method statements, and project deadlines
  • Reporting progress and site issues to the project engineer/manager (with timely, clear updates)
  • Helping to keep the site organized and presentable – yes, the details matter!

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves:

  • Proven track record as a Site Foreman in fit-out/interior projects within the UAE
  • Solid understanding of both civil and finishing MEP works
  • Previous UAE experience (this is a must for us)
  • Good English communication skills — clear enough for toolbox talks and client updates
  • Valid UAE driving license
  • Transferable or loanable visa
  • Strong team leadership and site supervision skills

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Working knowledge of Arabic or other languages
  • First aid or HSE certificates
  • Experience with high-end materials or LEED-certified projects

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Competitive salary: AED 3,500–4,000 (based on your experience)
  • Fast-moving, supportive team environment — your ideas and initiative have real impact
  • Opportunities to step up on more complex or high-profile projects as you grow
  • Transparent leadership that keeps you in the loop (and really listens)
  • Well-organized worksites, with a focus on safety and efficiency
  • Company-provided transport between sites
  • Employee recognitions — we celebrate achievements, big and small
  • Respect for work-life balance, even in busy project cycles

Stepping onto our sites means joining a group that values trust, skill, and a real passion for interiors. If you’re ready for your next challenge, you’ll find plenty of support (and good company) here.
