About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements

Ever wondered what it’s like to transform entire cityscapes, one kilometer at a time? At the heart of major infrastructure and road development across Saudi Arabia, our contracting team is expanding — and we’re searching for passionate professionals ready to help us build tomorrow’s foundations today. Whether you thrive chasing project milestones or your talent lies in the fine details of technical plans, there’s a place for you among our diverse and fast-growing project teams. Each role isn’t just a job; it’s a chance to leave a literal mark on Saudi Arabia’s landscape during a time of unprecedented investment and transformation in the region.

About the Company

Think big roads, smart logistics, and a team that’s never seen a challenge too tough to tackle. We’re a Saudi Arabian contracting company specialized in roads and infrastructure — but we’re also known for our camaraderie, smart processes, and hands-on leadership. In a business where the schedule is king and the standards are uncompromising, our team manages to keep things collaborative, supportive, and (dare we say) even fun. You’ll find us celebrating project wins over shared meals, solving problems at whiteboards, and always learning from each other — on or off site.

What You’ll Be Doing

(Please indicate which position(s) you’re interested in when applying!)

  • Project Manager

    • Lead multi-million SAR road and infrastructure projects from kick-off to finish line
    • Coordinate cross-functional teams, clients, and authorities to keep delivery on track
    • Solve project challenges, anticipate roadblocks, and stay several steps ahead
    • Keep quality, safety, and timelines balanced — no easy feat, but you’re up for it
  • Construction Manager

    • Oversee site execution and all field operations
    • Motivate crews, suppliers, and sub-contractors to deliver exceptional work
    • Monitor progress, flag risks early, and find creative solutions on the ground
  • Site Engineer (Roads & Infrastructure)

    • Translate technical drawings into real-world reality, day in and day out
    • Supervise site works, materials testing, and as-built documentation
    • Liaise with surveyors, planners, and sub-contractors for seamless progress
  • Quality Engineer (QA/QC)

    • Ensure every meter of road or structure meets our high standards (and then some)
    • Conduct audits, inspections, and maintain detailed compliance records
    • Roll out quality initiatives and coach teams on best practices
  • Planning Engineer

    • Develop, monitor, and update detailed construction schedules
    • Identify bottlenecks and resource gaps — then help teams stay ahead of them
    • Analyze progress and report it with clarity (and honesty)
  • Quantity Surveyor

    • Prepare and verify bills of quantities, progress claims, and cost forecasts
    • Support value engineering and change-management exercises
    • Protect the bottom line by spotting discrepancies and opportunities
  • Technical Office Engineer

    • Craft clear shop drawings, method statements, and technical submittals
    • Support site teams with all necessary documentation and specs
    • Review design changes and push for practical, on-the-ground solutions
  • Surveyor

    • Execute precise surveying for layout, levels, and project boundaries
    • Update as-built data throughout construction
    • Coordinate with engineers to maintain accuracy every step of the way
  • AutoCAD Drafter

    • Prepare and revise detailed drawings for roads and infrastructure works
    • Collaborate closely with engineers to document every design iteration
    • Keep digital records organized and easily accessible

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves:

  • Relevant degree or technical diploma for your specialty (e.g., Civil Engineering, Surveying, Architecture)
  • Prior experience in large-scale road and infrastructure projects (minimum 15–20 years for management roles; 3–7 years for engineers, drafters, and surveyors)
  • Proficient with relevant software (e.g., AutoCAD, Primavera, MS Project for planners; QS software for quantity surveyors)

Plus, if you have:

  • Previous experience working in Saudi Arabia or GCC region
  • Strong English (and/or Arabic) communication skills
  • Familiarity with latest industry standards, safety, and sustainability protocols
  • Passion for teamwork and mentoring younger colleagues

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Competitive packages tailored to seniority and role — we know good people are worth it
  • Well-structured career progression, with leadership opportunities as you grow
  • Supportive team culture where collaboration really means something
  • Living allowance, on-site transport, and medical insurance for peace of mind
  • Flexible work arrangements for technical/office-based positions; clear rotation schedules for site teams
  • Learning and development initiatives (and yes, we bring in experts for masterclasses)
  • Regular social events, award programs, and open-door management — you’re never just a number here

In short: you’ll help shape Saudi Arabia’s infrastructure for the future, while working with people who care about quality, community, and your own path forward. Let’s build something extraordinary together.

Common Interview Questions and Tips

To help you prepare and feel confident, here are some questions you might encounter during the interview process for this role.

  • Can you describe a complex road or infrastructure project you’ve managed or contributed to? What were the biggest challenges, and how did you overcome them?
  • When coordinating across multiple teams or disciplines onsite, how do you ensure everyone stays aligned on safety, schedule, and quality priorities?
  • Give an example of how you’ve used project management or planning software (such as Primavera or MS Project) to identify and address a bottleneck before it affected delivery.
  • Walk me through your process for reviewing technical drawings and translating them into successful site execution. What steps do you take to catch potential issues early?
  • As a Quality Engineer or auditor, how have you handled a situation where work or materials fell short of standards? What actions did you take to remedy the issue and prevent recurrence?
  • If a client or local authority requested a significant design change late in the project, how would you approach evaluating its impact and communicating with your team?
  • Tell us about a time you coached or mentored a less-experienced colleague onsite. What was your approach, and what was the outcome?
  • Imagine a supplier delivers materials that do not meet the agreed specs, but the project timeline is tight. How would you address the situation to balance quality and deadlines?
  • Share a situation where you had to collaborate with surveyors, planners, and subcontractors to resolve a site dispute or ambiguity. How did you facilitate agreement?
  • Working on major infrastructure projects in the GCC can mean encountering strict regulatory or cultural expectations. How do you ensure compliance and effective collaboration in this context?
  • Describe how you stay up to date with the latest standards, safety guidelines, and sustainable construction practices relevant to your field.
  • Our culture values teamwork and celebrating success. Can you share a story where your team achieved a big win — and how you contributed to a positive team spirit?
  • How do you handle high-pressure situations when multiple stakeholders are demanding updates or quick decisions?
  • What attracts you most to joining a fast-paced, community-oriented contracting team
