About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements
Ever wondered what it’s like to make your mark on some of the UAE’s most innovative construction projects? If you’re ready to hit the ground running—literally and figuratively—you might be the right fit for one of our open roles: Civil Site Engineer, Steel Foreman, or Civil and MEP Trainer. We’re moving fast and need teammates who are ready to join us right away. This is your chance to get involved at a crucial stage and help shape the skyline (or the people building it!) from day one.
About the Company
We’re not just another construction outfit in the UAE. Our team thrives on energy, camaraderie, and the shared satisfaction of seeing a project grow from blueprint to reality. Think daily site challenges, quick coffee breaks under the sun, and teammates who’ll back you up when things get hectic. We’ve grown rapidly over the past few years—call it ambition, or maybe it’s just the spirit here—but we’re nowhere near finished. Fridays might find us gathered (safely, of course) swapping stories, hashing out ideas, or cheering on the crew that got us through a tough deadline. We believe construction is as much about people as it is about concrete and steel.
What You’ll Be Doing
For Civil Site Engineer:
- Overseeing daily activities on-site to ensure work is completed to specifications and deadlines.
- Liaising closely with subcontractors, suppliers, and the project management team—communication is your toolkit.
- Troubleshooting design and site issues as they arise—thinking on your feet is just part of the job.
- Monitoring progress, keeping detailed reports, and ensuring that quality and safety standards are always met.
For Steel Foreman:
- Supervising a team of steelworkers, making sure safety guidelines are not just followed, but second nature.
- Interpreting technical drawings and translating them into clear instructions for the team.
- Coordinating material deliveries and on-site logistics—yes, you’ll become an expert at making things happen under pressure.
- Spotting potential issues before they become real problems; your sharp eye is critical on the floor.
For Civil and MEP Trainer:
- Designing and delivering hands-on training sessions for new and existing team members.
- Bridging the gap between technical know-how and real-world application.
- Providing constructive feedback and helping colleagues develop their skills—everyone appreciates a mentor.
- Keeping up-to-date with the latest industry best practices and updating training materials accordingly.
