About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements
Ever wondered what it’s like to be right at the heart of Abu Dhabi’s rapid growth? We’re searching for a Civil Engineer who’s ready to dive into the dynamic roads and infrastructure scene of Musaffah Industrial Area. If rolling up your sleeves and bringing big civil projects to life sounds like a good fit for you, read on — this could be your next chapter.
About the Company
We’re a hands-on infrastructure company that’s spent years shaping the backbone of Abu Dhabi’s busiest industrial district. Our team thrives on momentum — deadlines and blueprints are our everyday, but so are team breakfasts and celebrating milestones together. We’re not some massive faceless outfit; here, everyone knows your name and your input genuinely shapes our projects. If you like seeing tangible progress and working with people who actually care about the work (and each other), you’ll feel right at home.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Oversee daily construction and maintenance activities on road and infrastructure projects around Musaffah.
- Coordinate with site supervisors, subcontractors, and the in-house project team to keep schedules on track (and keep surprises to a minimum).
- Inspect work to ensure compliance with drawings, standards, and safety requirements — precise, but never nitpicky.
- Prepare daily progress reports and flag any issues early to keep things running smoothly.
- Take the lead on troubleshooting site challenges, from resource crunches to technical curveballs.
- Communicate confidently — you’ll be the go-to for site queries, updates, and coordination.
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Currently based in Abu Dhabi and ready to start right away — this is non-negotiable, as we need someone who can hit the ground running.
- Around 5 years’ experience as a civil engineer, with at least 2–3 years working inside the UAE (roads/infrastructure experience is a major plus).
- Hands-on knowledge of UAE construction methods, safety standards, and municipal processes.
- Strong communication skills (Arabic or English, or both — your call).
- Valid visa for immediate employment is a big plus.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Prior work specifically in industrial zones or high-traffic infrastructure projects.
- Experience with project management or construction software.
- Valid UAE driving license.
Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.
Why You’ll Love Working Here
- Well-structured projects with real impact on Abu Dhabi’s infrastructure.
- Supportive, close-knit team that genuinely appreciates hard work and initiative.
- Start fast — join immediately and become a real decision-maker, not just another cog.
- Room for progression and exposure to a wide range of projects as we grow.
- Flexible onsite environment, with a management team that listens.
This isn’t just a job — it’s a chance to see your work take shape in one of the UAE’s busiest industrial hubs. If you’re looking for responsibility, camaraderie, and a workplace that recognizes results, you’ll fit right in.
