What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead on-site execution and supervision of civil engineering works—from groundbreaking to handover.
- Manage and mentor diverse work teams, troubleshooting issues and ensuring everyone operates smoothly.
- Oversee project milestones, making sure timelines and quality standards are always achieved.
- Liaise directly with municipality representatives to ensure full compliance and approvals are obtained.
- Review technical drawings and implement practical solutions to everyday site challenges.

What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Valid Civil Engineering certification, coupled with Sharjah municipality approval.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on civil construction experience in the UAE.
