What You’ll Be Doing
Depending on your skills and interests, you could take on one of several key roles:
- Civil Foreman: Lead and supervise site teams, coordinate daily tasks, and ensure safe, efficient progress on all construction activities.
- Welder: Read blueprints, weld and fabricate structural components, and maintain welding equipment to ensure high standards.
- Electrician: Install, test, and maintain electrical systems for new builds, troubleshoot issues, and work closely with other trades.
- Construction Helper: Support skilled workers with material handling, site prep, and general assistance—every day is different!
- Plumber: Install and repair pipes, fixtures, and water systems, ensuring compliance with safety and building codes.
- Painter: Prep surfaces, mix paints, and apply finishes for a professional, long-lasting look on every project.
