What You’ll Be Doing
Depending on your skills and interests, you could be stepping into one of the following key roles:
Civil Supervisor:
- Oversee daily site activities, ensuring tasks are completed safely and efficiently
- Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and labor staff
- Inspect work quality and resolve on-the-spot issues
- Report project progress to management
Safety Officer:
- Monitor and enforce safety protocols across all site teams
- Conduct regular safety briefings and on-site inspections
- Investigate incidents, document findings, and recommend improvements
- Foster a “safety-first” culture, making sure everyone gets home safe
Plumber:
- Install, repair, and maintain pipelines, fixtures, and water systems
- Troubleshoot plumbing concerns on-site
- Read blueprints and work alongside other trades for punctual delivery
Mason:
- Construct, repair, and finish building structures
- Apply brick and stonework with a craftsman’s touch
- Collaborate with supervisors to meet project specs and timelines
General Helper:
- Support skilled workers with material transport, site preparation, and clean-up
- Handle tasks as needed to keep operations running smoothly
- Pitch in wherever a helping hand is needed (every day can feel a little different!)
What You’ll Bring
We welcome candidates of any nationality currently based in the UAE! Here’s what we’re hoping for:
Must-Haves:
- Residency in the UAE (applications from outside the country cannot be considered)
- Prior experience in the specific role you’re applying for — but a strong work ethic and keenness to learn can open doors
- Ability to communicate in basic English (and/or Hindi, Arabic, Tagalog, etc. — our team is multilingual!)
- Flexibility to adapt to different tasks and schedules
Nice-to-Haves:
- Gulf or Dubai site experience
- Relevant certifications (for Safety Officer or Civil Supervisor roles)
- Enthusiasm, punctuality, and a sense of humor
