What You’ll Be Doing
Depending on which position you step into, your day-to-day could look like:
- Civil Supervisor:
- Oversee site teams, ensuring that construction and renovation projects stay on track
- Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and clients about work plans and safety protocols
- Monitor quality of work, troubleshoot on-site issues, and keep records updated
- Safety Officer:
- Conduct regular safety inspections and promote a strong safety culture among site staff
- Hold toolbox talks, ensure PPE compliance, and investigate incidents
- Update documentation to stay current with UAE safety regulations
- Plumber:
- Install, repair, and maintain pipes, fixtures, and other plumbing systems
- Identify potential problems before they become urgent (leaky taps? Blocked drains? You know the drill)
- Read and follow blueprints, ensuring top-quality workmanship
- Mason:
- Lay bricks, stone, and concrete blocks for everything from walls to walkways
- Work from plans and measurements, making sure every line is straight and sturdy
- Mix materials and handle repairs as needed
- General Helper:
- Support skilled workers with cleaning, transporting materials, and other site tasks
- Take initiative, assist wherever needed, and help keep the site organized
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves
- Proven experience in your selected role (supervisor, safety, plumbing, masonry, or general work)
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and team spirit
- Currently based in the UAE — applicants outside the country won’t be considered at this time
- Basic understanding of workplace safety (especially for on-site roles)
- Willingness to work flexible hours as workload demands
Nice-to-Haves
- For supervisors and safety officers: relevant certifications or diplomas
- Conversational English or additional language skills
- Experience on large construction sites in the UAE or Gulf region
- Eagerness to learn and adapt as projects evolve
