What You’ll Be Doing
Civil Supervisor:
Overseeing site activities, coordinating between teams, ensuring that works are completed safely and on schedule, resolving issues as they arise, and keeping daily reports up to date.Safety Officer:
Conducting site inspections, monitoring adherence to safety protocols, leading toolbox talks, reporting hazards, and training colleagues on best safety practices.Plumber:
Installing and repairing piping systems, inspecting and troubleshooting leaks, reading plans, and ensuring all plumbing work meets UAE codes.Mason:
Laying bricks, tiles, and stones, repairing damaged structures, finishing concrete, and collaborating closely with supervisors on custom builds.General Helper:
Assisting skilled trades, moving materials, cleaning work areas, running errands, and supporting wherever an extra set of hands is needed.
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves
- Currently located inside the UAE, ready to join on short notice
- Relevant experience in your chosen field (site supervision, safety, plumbing, masonry, or general labor)
- Clear communication skills; English or Hindi/Urdu preferred
- Willingness to work cooperatively and pick up new tasks as needed
- Physically fit and comfortable with the demands of site work
Nice-to-Haves
- Previous Dubai or GCC construction site experience
- Basic certificates (e.g., First Aid, OSHA, Diploma for supervisors or officers)
- Flexibility to work overtime when required
