  • Safety Officer:
Conducting site inspections, monitoring adherence to safety protocols, leading toolbox talks, reporting hazards, and training colleagues on best safety practices.

  • Plumber:
Installing and repairing piping systems, inspecting and troubleshooting leaks, reading plans, and ensuring all plumbing work meets UAE codes.

  • Mason:
Laying bricks, tiles, and stones, repairing damaged structures, finishing concrete, and collaborating closely with supervisors on custom builds.

  • General Helper:
Assisting skilled trades, moving materials, cleaning work areas, running errands, and supporting wherever an extra set of hands is needed.

What You’ll Bring

  • Must-Haves

    • Currently located inside the UAE, ready to join on short notice
    • Relevant experience in your chosen field (site supervision, safety, plumbing, masonry, or general labor)

    • Physically fit and comfortable with the demands of site work
  • Nice-to-Haves

    • Previous Dubai or GCC construction site experience
    • Basic certificates (e.g., First Aid, OSHA, Diploma for supervisors or officers)
    • Flexibility to work overtime when required

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Competitive monthly salary: AED 1,650–6,000 (depending on position and experience)
