Responsibilities

  • Use appropriate cleaning materials and techniques to maintain the vehicles in pristine condition.
  • Conduct visual inspections for any damage or maintenance needs, reporting issues to supervisors promptly.

• Office Support:

  • Assist with general office upkeep, including tidying common areas, disposing of waste, and maintaining an organized workspace.
  • Support administrative staff with basic tasks as required, contributing to a productive and pleasant office environment.

• Vehicle Delivery:

  • Safely deliver vehicles to customers or designated locations as per company protocols.
  • Ensure all documentation is completed accurately during the handover and return process.
  • Provide basic instructions and friendly assistance to customers during the delivery and collection of vehicles.

• Customer Service:

  • Greet customers with professionalism and courtesy, creating a positive first impression.
  • Communicate clearly in both Arabic and English to address customer queries and provide assistance where needed.
  • Uphold the company’s commitment to customer satisfaction at every stage of the service process.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, candidates must meet the following essential criteria:

• Language Proficiency:

  • Ability to communicate effectively in both Arabic and English, both verbally and in writing.

• Licensing:

  • Valid Emirati driving license, with a safe driving record and familiarity with Abu Dhabi’s roadways.

• Residency:

  • Possession of a valid individual residence permit in the UAE.

• Personal Attributes:

  • Strong work ethic and reliability, with a genuine motivation to maintain high standards.
  • Keen attention to detail, especially in vehicle cleaning and office organization.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative and proactive approach.

• Experience:
