Responsibilities

As a valued member of our cleaning staff, your daily duties will include:

• Performing general cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and wiping surfaces in various areas.
• Ensuring restrooms, common areas, and workspaces are sanitized and well-maintained throughout your shift.
• Handling waste disposal and recycling in accordance with company and municipal guidelines.
• Replenishing supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet paper to maintain readiness and hygiene.
• Reporting maintenance issues or potential hazards promptly to supervisors, ensuring a safe environment for all.
• Adhering strictly to company policies and health and safety procedures to achieve and maintain high hygiene standards.
• Following daily checklists and schedules to ensure all assigned areas are thoroughly cleaned and inspected.

Requirements

We welcome both experienced cleaners and those new to the field who are eager to build a career in facility maintenance. The ideal candidate will possess:

• A keen eye for detail and a genuine commitment to cleanliness and hygiene.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
• Physical stamina to perform tasks that may require standing, bending, lifting, and repetitive movements for extended periods.
• Basic understanding of cleaning chemicals and supplies (training will be provided if needed).
• Willingness to learn new techniques and procedures as cleaning standards evolve.
• Reliability and punctuality, ensuring tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.

Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage but not essential. Enthusiastic individuals with a positive work ethic are encouraged to apply.
