About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements
Ever wondered what it’s like to be at the very center of a building project, seeing your plans take shape stone by stone? As a Construction Foreman with Suphi Nus Contracting in Dubai, you’ll be that linchpin, guiding site teams and making sure even the smallest nail lines up with the big picture. This isn’t your average site gig—you’ll have real authority, daily challenges, and a chance to leave your mark on projects shaping Dubai’s ever-evolving skyline.
About Suphi Nus Contracting
At Suphi Nus Contracting, we don’t just build structures—we build legacies. If you drop by our Dubai office, you’ll find blueprints on the walls, laughter around the coffee machine, and lively debates about the best way to tackle unique designs. We value hands-on leadership, honest feedback, and roll-up-your-sleeves teamwork. From complex commercial builds to innovative residential spaces, our growth in the region is driven by the passion and skill of our people (weekend site BBQs have been known to occur, too).
What You’ll Be Doing
- Overseeing daily site activities, from worker coordination to equipment checks.
- Directing labor crews and subcontractors, ensuring everyone knows what to do—and when.
- Reading and interpreting blueprints, and making sure they turn into reality, not just paperwork.
- Monitoring progress against project schedules, flagging issues before they become headaches.
- Ensuring strict compliance with safety protocols (our team’s health isn’t negotiable).
- Liaising with project managers, engineers, and clients to keep communication crystal clear.
- Leading by example—pitching in, troubleshooting, and motivating your team when the Dubai heat is at its fiercest.
- Inspecting work for quality control and handling punch lists with a keen eye for detail.
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Previous experience as a Foreman or Site Supervisor, ideally on mid-to-large scale construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, blueprints, and scheduling.
- Natural leadership—you know how to unify a crew, not just manage it.

- Commitment to high safety standards and a safe worksite.
- Adaptability to shifting priorities and unexpected challenges.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Technical certifications or trade qualifications.
- Digital savvy (even if it’s just updating schedules on your phone).
- Experience working in Dubai or the broader UAE market.
Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.
Why You’ll Love Working Here
- Competitive salary, and overtime paid fairly—we value hard work.
- Health insurance, annual leave, and end-of-service benefits.
- Steady, challenging pipeline of projects (you won’t be bored).
- Supportive site teams who help each other out—no lone wolves here.
- Opportunities to grow into site management or specialized project roles.
- Company events that go beyond handshakes—think team meals and recognition for jobs well done.
Work with Suphi Nus Contracting and see your leadership change landscapes—one site at a time.
