What You’ll Be Doing
- Assisting skilled workers and site supervisors with day-to-day construction tasks (think carrying materials, prepping job sites, and handling tools)
- Loading and unloading building materials as they arrive
- Helping set up scaffolding, barriers, and safety signs to keep everyone secure
- Supporting the crew in mixing cement, digging trenches, or cleaning up at the end of the day
- Pitching in wherever you’re needed—sometimes you’ll be handing over a screwdriver, other times, you might be holding a ladder or clearing debris
- Following all site safety rules and wearing safety gear (because your health matters)
- Willingness to learn new skills or take on different tasks as the project evolves
