What You’ll Be Doing
- Supervising day-to-day site operations, ensuring safety and progress are always priority
- Coordinating with engineers, laborers, and subcontractors to keep everyone on track
- Reading drawings, checking measurements, and making sure the work matches the plan
- Assisting with quantity surveying — tracking materials used, and reporting to management
- Communicating daily site updates and challenges clearly to both the team and management
- Proactively identifying potential on-site issues and resolving them before they escalate
- Occasionally translating or assisting with instructions in Arabic, to keep things running smoothly
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- At least 5 years’ experience as a foreman, supervisor, or similar on construction sites
- Strong site management and quantity surveying skills — you’re as comfortable with numbers as with people
- A valid UAE visa and current residency (already inside the UAE is a must)
- UAE driving license — you’ll need to get from site to site
- Ability to communicate in Arabic — no need to be fluent, just enough to get instructions across
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience with contracting projects in Ajman or wider UAE
- Up-to-date safety certifications
