What You’ll Be Doing
- Overseeing daily site operations, ensuring work is delivered safely, on time, and to specification
- Coordinating your site team and subcontractors, clarifying roles and responding to on-the-ground needs
- Taking measurements and assisting with quantity surveying to keep projects on budget
- Interpreting plans and making sure everyone knows exactly what’s expected (and what’s next)
- Reporting progress, flagging issues, and finding practical solutions on the fly
- Helping maintain site safety and compliance, because everyone goes home safe and sound
- Communicating effectively in both English and Arabic, keeping the workflow smooth
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a foreman or site supervisor, preferably in UAE contracting
- Strong site management and quantity surveying skills
- Valid UAE visa (candidates must already be in the UAE)
- UAE driving license
- Comfortable communicating in Arabic (basic conversational skills will do)
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience with Ajman municipality projects
- Familiarity with digital site management tools
- Track record of training or mentoring junior staff
