About the Company
You’ll be joining a recruitment agency that’s deeply involved with some of Dubai’s most dynamic building projects. Their teams aren’t just numbers on a roster—they look out for each other on busy sites, swap stories over break times, and pride themselves on getting the job done safely and on time. From day one, you’ll notice everyone, from supervisors to site hands, works closely to keep things running smoothly (and maybe even shares a tip or two for working smarter, not harder).
What You’ll Be Doing
- Teaming up with skilled tradespeople: lend a hand with their daily tasks, move materials, and support ongoing work.
- Handling basic site duties, such as cleaning up debris, organizing tools and equipment, and prepping work areas.
- Loading and unloading deliveries as they arrive—sometimes it’s a quick haul, sometimes it takes real teamwork.
- Following all site safety protocols, including wearing provided PPE and sticking to safe practices.
- Pitching in wherever needed; construction projects move fast, so every day’s a little different.
- Taking on extra shifts and overtime when required—with proper pay, of course.
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Willingness to work outdoors, in sun and shade, and handle physically demanding tasks.
- Ability to follow instructions, stay organized, and work as part of a diverse team.
- Basic understanding of site safety—or a good attitude about learning the ropes quickly.
- Valid documentation to qualify for a UAE work visa.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Prior experience on construction sites (not required, but helpful).
- Ability to communicate in basic English or Hindi/Urdu.
- Eagerness to build your skills and take on more responsibility over time.
Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you. Your attitude matters more than your CV.
Why You’ll Love Working Here
- Competitive starting salary from AED 3,200 with overtime pay for those extra hours.
- Visa assistance—no stress about paperwork for qualified hires.
- Company-provided accommodation so you’re close to the job and settled in sooner.
- Transportation to and from the site each day—no more commuting struggles.
- Full safety gear and equipment provided.
- Get paid for every extra hour you put in—your hard work never goes unnoticed.
- Opportunity to gain real, practical skills and grow on the job, working alongside experienced tradespeople.
It’s an environment where your work truly moves things forward—literally and figuratively. Spots are limited, so if you’re ready to build a future (and help build Dubai), don’t wait.
Note: This recruitment company does apply a job application fee.
