What You’ll Be Doing
- Site Supervisors: Oversee daily site operations, coordinate with subcontractors, ensure strict safety and quality standards are met — and keep projects moving right on track.
- Scaffolders: Erect and dismantle scaffolding structures safely, verifying stability and compliance every step of the way.
- Welders: Work with metals (steel, stainless, aluminum), read blueprints, and execute precise welds for both structural and decorative elements.
- Pipe Fitters: Lay out, assemble, and install piping systems, working closely with engineers to meet detailed project specs.
- Masons: Build, repair, and finish brick, block, and stone structures with an eye for both durability and detail.
- Painters: Prep and apply finishing touches to walls, ceilings, and exterior surfaces, ensuring lasting, high-quality results.
- Communicate daily with site managers and fellow crew members to solve issues as they arise — no two days look the same.
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- You’re currently inside the UAE and available for immediate joining.
- Some relevant experience in your chosen trade or role (site supervision, welding, masonry, etc.)
- A focus on safety and teamwork — your colleagues rely on you and vice versa.

- Past experience on Dubai construction sites.
