Join Our Growing Construction Crew in Deira, Dubai

Are you looking for a place where your skills matter, your contributions are valued, and every day brings new challenges? We’re expanding our team in Deira, Dubai, and we want motivated professionals like you to help build the city’s future—quite literally! Whether you’re an expert mason or a handy general helper, there’s a spot for you here. If you take pride in your craftsmanship and have a reputation for reliability, this could be the next step in your construction career.

About Us

We’re a dynamic construction company with our roots in the bustling heart of Deira. While our projects keep us busy, we never forget the people who get the work done: our crew. Around here, teamwork isn’t just a buzzword—it’s a way of life. The sense of camaraderie runs deep (expect birthday cakes and afternoon tea breaks), and you’ll find experienced mentors who are always willing to share a trick or two from the field. As we grow, we’re committed to giving every employee the support, resources, and recognition they deserve.

What You’ll Be Doing

Depending on your trade, you’ll take on roles like:

  • Masons: Laying bricks, stones, or concrete blocks with precision; ensuring strong and level structures.
  • Carpenters: Building frameworks, reading blueprints, and handling everything from shuttering to finishing touches.
  • Electricians: Installing wiring, troubleshooting electrical issues, and keeping sites safe and compliant.
  • Plumbers: Fitting pipes, repairing leaks, and making sure every connection holds fast under pressure.
  • Steel Fixers: Cutting, bending, and fixing steel bars for reinforced concrete (if you enjoy the clang, this is for you).
  • General Helpers & Laborers: Assisting tradespeople, loading/unloading material, keeping the site tidy, and pitching in wherever needed.
  • Painters: Prepping surfaces and adding the finishing color—your touch brings each project to life.

No matter your specialty, you’ll work alongside dedicated teammates on projects that shape the skyline.

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves

  • Proven experience in your trade (at least 1–2 years on construction sites is preferred)
  • Strong work ethic and a can-do attitude—rain or shine, you get the job done
  • Willingness to work as part of a diverse, energetic team
  • Legally residing in the UAE (candidates should already be inside the country)
  • Basic understanding of workplace safety rules

Nice-to-Haves

  • Vocational training or trade certificates specific to your field
  • Knowledge of local building codes or previous experience in Dubai
  • Ability to understand job instructions in English or Hindi

Not sure you fit the requirements 100%? If you’re hardworking, reliable, and ready to grow, we’d still love to hear your story.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Visa provided—we handle the paperwork so you can focus on your work
  • Company accommodation—clean, convenient, and close to the job
  • Daily transportation to and from the worksite
  • Competitive salary ranging from AED 2,500 to AED 4,500, depending on your skill and experience
  • Opportunities to learn new skills and advance within the company
  • Supportive teammates and approachable supervisors
  • Regular team gatherings, recognition for a job well done, and a sense that you’re not just a number here

We know that every great project starts with the right people—and we make it a priority to look after our own. If you’re ready for honest work and fair treatment, your next role in Deira awaits.
