What You’ll Be Doing
Depending on your trade, you’ll take on roles like:
- Masons: Laying bricks, stones, or concrete blocks with precision; ensuring strong and level structures.
- Carpenters: Building frameworks, reading blueprints, and handling everything from shuttering to finishing touches.
- Electricians: Installing wiring, troubleshooting electrical issues, and keeping sites safe and compliant.
- Plumbers: Fitting pipes, repairing leaks, and making sure every connection holds fast under pressure.
- Steel Fixers: Cutting, bending, and fixing steel bars for reinforced concrete (if you enjoy the clang, this is for you).
- General Helpers & Laborers: Assisting tradespeople, loading/unloading material, keeping the site tidy, and pitching in wherever needed.
- Painters: Prepping surfaces and adding the finishing color—your touch brings each project to life.

What You’ll Bring

- Proven experience in your trade (at least 1–2 years on construction sites is preferred)

- Legally residing in the UAE (candidates should already be inside the country)
- Basic understanding of workplace safety rules
