What You’ll Be Doing

  • Aluminum Fabricators:
    • Measure, cut, and assemble aluminum frames and panels based on technical drawings.
    • Operate fabrication machinery safely and efficiently.
    • Work closely with engineers and installers to ensure precise fitting and sturdy installation.
  • Civil Foreman:
    • Lead and supervise construction teams, ensuring work is carried out to the highest standards.
    • Coordinate daily tasks, manage schedules, and monitor site safety.
    • Serve as the go-to problem solver for both skilled masons and helpers.
  • Ceramic Tile Masons:
    • Skillfully lay ceramic tiles on floors, walls, and other surfaces with precision.
    • Mix adhesives, cut tiles to fit corners, and ensure a flawless finish.
    • Collaborate with other trades to keep projects on track.
  • Helpers:
    • Assist skilled workers by preparing materials and maintaining a clean, organized job site.
    • Carry out basic tasks—lifting, cleaning, fetching tools—with energy and a positive attitude.
    • Learn new skills from experienced teammates on the ground every day.

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves:

  • Prior experience in construction, specifically in your trade (Aluminum Fabrication, Civil Foreman, Ceramic Tile Masonry, or general site assistance).
  • Currently inside the UAE and ready to join immediately.
  • Willingness to work hard and learn on the job.
  • Ability to work well with a multicultural team.
  • Good communication skills, even if English isn’t your first language.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience working on mid- to large-scale projects in the UAE.
  • Knowledge of health and safety practices on construction sites.
  • For Foremen: leadership experience and a knack for motivating teams.
