What You’ll Be Doing
- Aluminum Fabricators:
- Measure, cut, and assemble aluminum frames and panels based on technical drawings.
- Operate fabrication machinery safely and efficiently.
- Work closely with engineers and installers to ensure precise fitting and sturdy installation.
- Civil Foreman:
- Lead and supervise construction teams, ensuring work is carried out to the highest standards.
- Coordinate daily tasks, manage schedules, and monitor site safety.
- Serve as the go-to problem solver for both skilled masons and helpers.
- Ceramic Tile Masons:
- Skillfully lay ceramic tiles on floors, walls, and other surfaces with precision.
- Mix adhesives, cut tiles to fit corners, and ensure a flawless finish.
- Collaborate with other trades to keep projects on track.
- Helpers:
- Assist skilled workers by preparing materials and maintaining a clean, organized job site.
- Carry out basic tasks—lifting, cleaning, fetching tools—with energy and a positive attitude.
- Learn new skills from experienced teammates on the ground every day.
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Prior experience in construction, specifically in your trade (Aluminum Fabrication, Civil Foreman, Ceramic Tile Masonry, or general site assistance).
- Currently inside the UAE and ready to join immediately.
- Willingness to work hard and learn on the job.
- Ability to work well with a multicultural team.
- Good communication skills, even if English isn’t your first language.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience working on mid- to large-scale projects in the UAE.
- Knowledge of health and safety practices on construction sites.
- For Foremen: leadership experience and a knack for motivating teams.
