What You’ll Be Doing
Plumber
- Install and repair water supply lines, waste disposal systems, and related fixtures.
- Diagnose leaks and blockages, proposing practical solutions on the spot.
- Inspect plumbing systems for safety and functionality.
Scaffolder
- Erect and dismantle scaffolding structures at various project sites.
- Ensure all scaffolding is safe, secure, and meets regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with site foremen to plan scaffold needs for each phase.
Carpenter
- Measure, cut, and assemble wood and other materials for frameworks and fittings.
- Read blueprints and follow technical drawings with a sharp eye for detail.
- Repair and maintain existing woodwork, ensuring high-quality finishes.
Welder
- Perform MIG, TIG, and arc welding on-site as project needs require.
- Interpret drawings and specifications to execute precise welds.
- Maintain a tidy, organized workspace and flag any safety concerns.
Mason
- Lay bricks, blocks, and tiles for walls, pavements, and floors.
- Mix and apply mortar, ensuring strong foundations every time.
- Repair and repoint existing masonry as directed.
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Relevant experience in your trade (plumber, scaffolder, carpenter, welder, or mason)
- Physically fit and able to work extended hours on active sites
- Currently residing in the UAE with availability for immediate joining
- Flexibility to adapt to changing site requirements
- Team player attitude; reliability and punctuality are a must
- Basic communication skills in English or Hindi
Nice-to-Haves:
- UAE experience or local trade certifications
- Awareness of health and safety standards relevant to your role
- Willingness to work night shifts or weekends if required
