What You’ll Be Doing
As a Construction Carpenter:
- Interpret drawings and build formwork, frames, or structures with precision
- Work closely with fellow carpenters, steel fixers, and supervisors on daily tasks
- Keep the worksite organized, tidy, and safe — your craftsmanship sets the bar
As a Steel Fixer:
- Cut, bend, and fit steel bars for concrete reinforcement
- Liaise with engineers to ensure all steelwork matches exact site requirements
- Spot and resolve potential snags before they become issues
As a Driver:
- Safely transport materials, tools, and site staff between Al Awir, Al Qusais, and our warehouse
- Keep vehicle logs, perform basic checks, and help out on-site as needed — you’re key to keeping things moving
As a Supervisor:
- Oversee daily site operations and coordinate teams to meet targets
- Communicate clearly with engineers, workers, and management
- Monitor quality, safety, and progress, jumping in to resolve challenges
