What You’ll Be Doing
- Assisting with various construction site tasks—no two days are exactly alike
- Carrying and organizing materials to keep the site efficient and safe
- Working closely with skilled tradespeople (think: masons and steel fixers) to support their work
- Preparing and cleaning up job sites before, during, and after projects
- Following all safety protocols to protect yourself and your teammates
- Contributing to the quality and pace of work that keeps projects on track
- Learning on the job and picking up new skills—whether you’re mixing mortar or tying rebar
What You’ll Bring

- Physical fitness and the stamina for a full day’s work—sometimes under the Dubai sun
