What You’ll Be Doing

  • Assisting with various construction site tasks—no two days are exactly alike
  • Carrying and organizing materials to keep the site efficient and safe
  • Working closely with skilled tradespeople (think: masons and steel fixers) to support their work
  • Preparing and cleaning up job sites before, during, and after projects
  • Following all safety protocols to protect yourself and your teammates
  • Contributing to the quality and pace of work that keeps projects on track
  • Learning on the job and picking up new skills—whether you’re mixing mortar or tying rebar
