What You’ll Be Doing
- As a Plumber: Install and repair piping systems in new builds; troubleshoot issues with water supply or drainage when they pop up.
- As a Carpenter: Read construction drawings; create frameworks, install doors and windows, and handle finishing touches that stand out.
- As a Painter: Prepare surfaces, mix paints to spec, and apply finishes that give spaces their final flourish.
- As a Welder: Assemble and secure metal frameworks, weld joints per project requirements, and ensure all work meets safety codes.
- Coordinate closely with site supervisors and your teammates to keep the workflow smooth—no one builds great things alone.
- Maintain tools and equipment in top shape; follow site safety rules like second nature.
- Pitch in where needed—it’s a team effort, and flexibility is key on busy days.
What You’ll Bring
- Construction experience in your specialized trade (plumbing, carpentry, painting, or welding—a bit of everything is even better!).
- Ability to work physically on your feet for long hours in Dubai’s dynamic climate.
- Reading basic technical drawings or site instructions (English/Hindi understanding a big plus).
- Willingness to work respectfully with a diverse, multicultural crew.
