About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements

Ever wondered what it takes to help shape the skyline of Dubai—one building at a time? We’re urgently looking for dedicated Gypsum Board Carpenters, Bricklayers, Plasterers, Construction Blacksmiths, Construction Carpenters, and Ceramic & Marble Installers to join our growing crew in Warsan, International City. If you have hands-on construction experience and a transferable UAE residence permit (or you’re able to get one soon), this is your moment to be part of something remarkable. Right now, we’re offering a probationary period, with every intention to bring the right people aboard for the long run.

About the Company

We’re a dynamic, boots-on-the-ground construction team with a reputation for tackling some of the region’s most challenging projects. You’ll find a work environment that’s high-energy, professional, but never lacking for a laugh on break (ask anyone about our legendary team lunches). While we move fast—deadlines wait for no one—we always look out for each other, valuing craftsmanship, safety, and a job well done over cutting corners. Think of us as a family where everyone’s voice matters—from site veterans to new joiners.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Installing and finishing gypsum boards with precision—corners, ceilings, the works!
  • Carefully laying bricks and blocks, ensuring structures are solid and true.
  • Applying smooth, consistent plaster to walls and ceilings (making “just right” your motto).
  • Assembling and reinforcing steel structures as a skilled construction blacksmith.
  • Building, repairing, and fitting all manner of wooden frameworks on-site.
  • Cutting, fitting, and installing ceramic and marble tiling with an eye for lasting beauty.
  • Collaborating with supervisors and fellow tradespeople to meet deadlines—because teamwork really does make the dream work.
  • Maintaining tools and workspace in line with safety rules; we look out for ourselves and each other.
  • Adapting to changing site requirements—no two days are exactly the same.

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves:

  • Proven experience in one (or more!) of the listed construction trades.
  • A valid UAE residence permit, preferably transferable within the first 6–12 months.
  • Willingness to complete a probationary period before permit transfer.
  • Commitment to safety, reliability, and quality work—no shortcuts here.
  • Good communication skills; being a team player matters as much as skill.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Prior experience on projects in Dubai or similar markets.
  • Basic English or Arabic skills to help you navigate our wonderfully diverse team.
  • Eagerness to learn, grow, and take on new responsibilities as opportunities arise.

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Competitive pay, always on time, with overtime opportunities for those who want it.
  • Friendly, respectful crew—there’s a real sense of belonging here.
  • Paid overtime and occasional bonuses when the team goes above and beyond.
  • Clear path to residency permit transfer for strong performers.
  • Regular team gatherings—appreciation lunches, birthday celebrations, and more.
  • Hands-on experience with top-notch tools and materials.
  • Chance to work on landmark projects you’ll point out with pride for years to come.

We know life on a construction site can be demanding, but you’ll find this is a place where hard work is recognized—and where you can truly build a future for yourself, brick by brick.
