What You’ll Be Doing
- Preparing construction sites so work can start efficiently—safety first, always.
- Loading and unloading materials, sometimes with a buddy, sometimes solo.
- Assisting skilled tradespeople when an extra set of hands (or muscle) is needed.
- Using basic tools for simple repairs and tasks, following clear instructions.
- Helping maintain cleanliness and order on site—no one likes working in chaos.
- Occasionally supporting with deliveries or moving equipment as needed.
