About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements
Ever wondered what it’s like to leave your mark on Abu Dhabi’s ever-evolving skyline? As our next Construction Manager based in Al Shamkha, you’ll play a pivotal role in bringing high-impact projects to life — on time, on budget, and with an eye for quality and uncompromising safety. If you’re the kind of leader who thrives under pressure and finds deep satisfaction in transforming blueprints into real, lasting spaces, this could be your next chapter.
About the Company
We're a close-knit but ambitious team, passionate about shaping the future of residential, commercial, and infrastructure developments in one of the UAE’s fastest-growing regions. “Collaboration above all” might as well be our motto — from brainstorming sessions (with Arabic coffee, of course) to celebrating project milestones together. We value initiative, transparency, and a hands-on approach from every team member, no matter their title. Growth here isn’t just possible — it’s actively encouraged.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading project teams from groundbreaking to handover, ensuring seamless coordination between engineers, contractors, and stakeholders.
- Developing and executing detailed project plans, juggling timelines, budgets, and resources like a pro.
- Overseeing site operations to uphold the highest standards of safety, quality, and compliance — no shortcuts, ever.
- Troubleshooting challenges as they arise (because they always do), with the creativity and calm of an experienced pro.
- Preparing progress reports, cost forecasts, and documentation to keep everyone — from site crew to senior leadership — in the loop.
- Mentoring and motivating your site teams, fostering a positive environment where everyone can do their best work.
- Building strong relationships with clients, consultants, and local authorities to keep projects moving smoothly.

Nice-to-Haves:
- Prior experience with projects in Abu Dhabi or the UAE region.
- PMP certification or similar professional credentials.

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.
Why You’ll Love Working Here
- Competitive salary and structured performance bonuses.
- Healthy work-life balance — we respect your off-hours.
- A culture where your input shapes real decisions, not just the next “all-hands” meeting.
- Career development through continuous training, mentorship, and opportunities to take on more responsibility.
- Health insurance, annual leave, and travel allowances.
- Working alongside passionate individuals who genuinely care about what they build — and those they build with.
You’ll join a team that celebrates each win, learns from every challenge, and takes pride in constructing more than just buildings: we’re building a better future for Al Shamkha, together.
