What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading a team of site workers each day — setting clear tasks and keeping morale high
- Coordinating closely with engineers, subcontractors, and other supervisors to keep everyone moving in sync
- Monitoring project progress: you’ll make sure we hit targets, deadlines, and every milestone along the way
- Enforcing strict safety and quality standards on-site, ensuring everyone goes home safe and proud of their work
- Troubleshooting: when challenges pop up (they always do), you’ll help find practical solutions on the spot
- Keeping accurate daily reports, recording progress, and sharing updates with the project team
- Checking that the right materials and tools are available when they're needed — no last-minute mad dashes
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Prior experience in a Foreman or similar supervisory role within the construction industry
- Solid understanding of site safety, quality control, and daily construction operations
- Strong communication skills in English (Hindi or Arabic are a bonus)
- The ability to motivate a diverse team and solve problems proactively
- Willingness to work outdoors and adapt to the fast pace and demands of Dubai projects
Nice-to-Haves:
- Vocational or technical certification in construction/building
- Previous experience with Dubai-based construction regulations
- Familiarity with basic computer reporting or mobile project management tools
