What You’ll Be Doing
- Taking charge of daily site operations, ensuring every crew member knows the plan and their part in it
- Coordinating with subcontractors, suppliers, and the client to keep timelines and budgets on track
- Conducting regular safety walk-throughs — spotting potential hazards before anyone else does
- Keeping meticulous records: progress reports, incident logs, timesheets, and more
- Acting as the main on-site point of contact, keeping communication fluid between the field and the office
- Solving the tough stuff: from unexpected material shortages to last-minute design tweaks
- Motivating your team when the heat’s on (and in Dubai, it’s always on)
- Upholding—and championing—strict compliance with all project, regulatory, and safety standards
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Demonstrated experience supervising construction sites (commercial, residential, or infrastructure)
- Strong project management skills; you’re organized, focused, and you don’t let important details slip
- Solid knowledge of safety protocols and your own proven track record of compliance
- Excellent communication in English (spoken and written)
- Ability to coordinate a diverse team of trades and laborers
- UAE residency eligibility
Nice-to-Haves:
- Dubai South project experience
- Familiarity with local construction regulations and suppliers
- Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore, Buildertrend)
