About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements

Ever wondered what it’s like to help shape the skyline of one of the world’s fastest-growing cities? Our busy general contracting company, with roots in Al Ain and a bustling presence in Abu Dhabi, is ramping up for new projects and looking for hardworking, reliable workers ready to dive right in. If you’re already in the UAE and looking for stable work that starts right away, this could be just the break you’ve been searching for.

About the Company

Construction is more than concrete and cranes here — it’s about building a team that works, laughs, and grows together. Our crews come from all walks of life, but they share a pride in seeing a project through from blueprint to ribbon-cutting. We’re well-established in the capital and always have an ear to the ground for upcoming opportunities — the kind where everyone pitches in, and no job is too small to matter. It’s an environment where showing up, putting in the effort, and looking after one another is simply what we do.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Joining site teams in Zayed City, supporting daily contracting activities — from setting up materials to tackling hands-on tasks
  • Carrying out assigned duties under site supervision, with a focus on construction, maintenance, or repair as needed
  • Following safety instructions and contributing to a secure, accident-free work atmosphere
  • Helping keep sites orderly — whether it’s cleaning up after a long shift or making sure tools get back where they belong
  • Pitching in wherever the team needs an extra pair of hands, sometimes even learning new skills right on the job

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves

  • You’re currently residing in the UAE with legal status
  • All relevant identification and work documents up-to-date and ready for inspection
  • Eagerness to start immediately and commit to the project’s demands
  • A reliable work ethic and willingness to follow site guidance
  • Physical ability to perform manual tasks as required

Not sure if you meet every single qualification? We’d still love to hear from you.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Company-provided accommodation — rest up for your next shift without worrying about rent
  • Transportation arranged from staff housing to worksites (no long commutes)
  • Residency visa managed for you, so you can focus on your job and your future
  • One day off each week — time to recharge or call family back home
  • Be part of a diverse, friendly team where new faces are welcomed and hard work is recognized

We’re upfront about the job’s demands, but we also know that genuine teamwork and respect go a long way in making workdays better. If you’re ready for steady employment, learning on the go, and a bit of camaraderie along the way — you might just find your place with us.
