What You’ll Be Doing
- Scaffolder: Assemble, dismantle, and inspect scaffolding to ensure absolute safety for the team on every site.
- Plumber: Install, repair, and maintain pipes and fixtures — from water supplies to drainage systems, precision is key.
- Mason: Work with bricks, concrete blocks, and mortar, shaping structures that’ll last for generations.
- Steel Fixer: Cut, bend, and fix steel bars and mesh to reinforce concrete, laying the backbone for every strong foundation.
- Painter: Apply paint, varnish, and other finishes to surfaces — giving new builds their final, polished look.
- Work closely with colleagues and site supervisors to meet daily project goals safely and efficiently.
- Maintain tools and equipment, always keeping the work area tidy and hazard-free.
- Report issues or material needs promptly, helping keep projects running smoothly.
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Hands-on experience in at least one of the listed trades (Scaffolder, Plumber, Mason, Steel Fixer, Painter).
- Currently residing inside the UAE, ready for immediate start.
- Ability to follow safety procedures and directions from supervisors.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts and contribute positively to a multicultural team.
- Basic English communication skills (spoken), or the ability to understand job instructions.
- Physically fit for demanding on-site work.
