About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements
Ever wondered what it’s like to be part of Dubai’s next big build? At AL MALKHOL, we’re swinging open the doors for immediate joiners across multiple construction roles — from on-the-ground laborers to seasoned site supervisors and meticulous document controllers. If you’re looking for a job that lets you see your impact at the end of each day (literally, in concrete and steel), this is your chance to be a part of something bigger, right in the heart of Dubai’s bustling skyline.
About the Company
AL MALKHOL isn’t just another name in construction — we’re a fast-growing player with a reputation for bringing ambitious projects to life. Here, you’ll find a team that values hard work and camaraderie, whether you’re sharing a meal in the break area or collaborating to solve a tricky site challenge. Fridays are for team check-ins (and a bit of friendly banter), and there’s always someone ready to lend a hand or share tips from their years on the job. We’re practical, safety-conscious, and frankly, a little proud of what we build together.
What You’ll Be Doing

- Foreman: Managing crews, delegating tasks, and stepping in to solve problems before they slow down the build.

- Document Controller: Maintaining project records, handling paperwork, and making sure all documentation is up-to-date and accessible.
- Site Staff: Providing general support wherever needed — from logistics to communication between teams.
No matter your role, you’ll be part of a tight-knit crew that gets things done, rain or shine.
