What You’ll Be Doing
- Carrying out a variety of construction tasks, tailored to your experience as a laborer or skilled technician.
- Assisting with site preparation, material transport, and daily clean-up duties.
- For artisans/technicians: handling specialized tasks such as masonry, carpentry, electrical, or plumbing work (based on your trade).
- Ensuring all safety guidelines are strictly followed — we look out for one another.
- Taking on extra duties as projects ramp up, learning new skills on the go.
- Reporting to supervisors with regular updates — your input matters!
- Helping troubleshoot challenges and keeping the site efficient.
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Proven experience in construction or related skilled trades.
- Currently residing in the UAE (Dubai applicants preferred).
- Physically fit and ready for hands-on, outdoor work.
- Willingness to follow instructions and adhere to safety protocols.
- Can-do attitude and reliability — we depend on each other, day in and day out.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Certification or demonstrated expertise in a specific trade (e.g., masonry, carpentry, plumbing, electrical).
- Previous experience with mixed-use or commercial builds.
- Basic conversational English or Arabic for site communication.
