What You’ll Be Doing
- Reading and understanding technical drawings or blueprints to plan out each day’s tasks.
- Installing, repairing, and troubleshooting electrical systems (for Electricians) — safety comes first!
- Laying pipes, fixtures, and fittings or fixing leaks on live sites (for Plumbers).
- Setting up and dismantling scaffolding with extreme attention to detail, keeping the site secure.
- Measuring, cutting, and shaping wood or other materials for bespoke construction needs (for Carpenters).
- Welding and fitting structures to precise specifications, sometimes in challenging weather (for Welders).
- Coordinating with a multi-skilled team to get the job done right, sometimes under tight deadlines.
- Sticking to safety protocols and helping keep spirits high, even when the pressure is on.
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves
- Previous experience in your trade (Electrician, Plumber, Scaffolder, Carpenter, or Welder)
- Ability to read basic drawings or directions and work without constant supervision
- Currently residing within the UAE
- Willingness to join immediately and commit to a hard-working, team-first attitude
- Basic English or Hindi communication skills to work safely and efficiently
Nice-to-Haves
- Valid certificates or licenses for your trade
- Knowledge of safety standards specific to UAE construction sites
- Experience on large-scale commercial or residential projects
