Right now, we're looking for hardworking tradespeople to join our thriving construction team in Barsha, Dubai — from Electricians and Plumbers to Scaffolders, Carpenters, and Welders. If you’re already in the UAE and hungry for hands-on work with real impact, this could be your shot. We offer not just a competitive salary but also practical support, so you can focus on what you do best.

About the Company

At our core, we are a fast-growing construction company with projects shaping the skyline across Dubai. We believe in honest work, professional respect, and a team environment where everyone knows each other by name. Early starts and shared coffee breaks keep us fueled, while Friday cookouts and occasional site celebrations bring us together after a busy week. Our crew is as diverse as Dubai itself — you’ll find different languages, backgrounds, and skills working side by side, making every day just a little more interesting.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Reading and understanding technical drawings or blueprints to plan out each day’s tasks.
  • Installing, repairing, and troubleshooting electrical systems (for Electricians) — safety comes first!
  • Laying pipes, fixtures, and fittings or fixing leaks on live sites (for Plumbers).
  • Setting up and dismantling scaffolding with extreme attention to detail, keeping the site secure.
  • Measuring, cutting, and shaping wood or other materials for bespoke construction needs (for Carpenters).
  • Welding and fitting structures to precise specifications, sometimes in challenging weather (for Welders).
  • Coordinating with a multi-skilled team to get the job done right, sometimes under tight deadlines.
  • Sticking to safety protocols and helping keep spirits high, even when the pressure is on.

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves

  • Previous experience in your trade (Electrician, Plumber, Scaffolder, Carpenter, or Welder)
  • Ability to read basic drawings or directions and work without constant supervision
  • Currently residing within the UAE
  • Willingness to join immediately and commit to a hard-working, team-first attitude
  • Basic English or Hindi communication skills to work safely and efficiently

Nice-to-Haves

  • Valid certificates or licenses for your trade
  • Knowledge of safety standards specific to UAE construction sites
  • Experience on large-scale commercial or residential projects

Not sure you fit every role exactly? We’d still like to hear from you.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Competitive salary: AED 2300 – AED 3500 per month, paid on time every month
  • Free visa sponsorship so you can work legally and without hassle
  • Company-provided accommodation — save on costs and stay close to the job site
  • Reliable transportation to and from site every workday
  • Diverse, friendly team with a history of helping newcomers settle in
  • Opportunities for skills upgrade and learning from experienced foremen
  • Real respect for work-life balance — we know you have a life beyond the job
