About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements

Ever pictured yourself shaping the iconic skyline of Dubai, one project at a time? We’re searching for hands-on Construction Workers—Helpers, Masons, Steel Fixers, Electricians, Plumbers, Carpenters, Painters, and General Laborers—ready to roll up their sleeves in Al Quoz. If you’ve got the know-how and a work ethic to match, this is your chance to join fast-paced projects that leave a lasting mark (not just in cement, but in your career too).

About the Company

We’re a busy recruitment firm trusted by leading construction outfits across Dubai—if there’s a tower crane on the horizon, chances are we know the crew behind it. Our team values hustle, reliability, and camaraderie; whether you’re new to the city or a seasoned hand, you’ll find a solid community here. Fair warning: our breaks sometimes turn into impromptu cricket matches, so bring your sense of teamwork (and maybe a batting arm).

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Tackling site work—everything from carrying materials to setting up scaffolding (helpers, we’re looking at you!)
  • Skilled roles: Masonry, steel fixing, electrical wiring, plumbing installation, woodworking, painting, and more—your trade makes the project move
  • Reading project plans or following supervisors’ instructions to keep things running smoothly and safely
  • Assisting with site clean-up and ensuring all health & safety guidelines are followed
  • Working as part of a tight-knit crew where every role counts
  • Flexing between indoor and outdoor work based on project needs (and yes, some days will be hot—Dubai style)
  • Pitching in wherever it’s needed to meet project deadlines

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves:

  • Previous experience in construction or a relevant trade—whether that’s on a high-rise, villa, or commercial fit-out
  • Currently based in the UAE (we can’t hire internationally this round)
  • Physical fitness and the stamina to handle the rigors of daily site work
  • Ability to work well with a diverse, multicultural team
  • A can-do, reliable attitude—on-time and ready to go, every shift

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Trade certifications or vocational training in your specialty
  • Experience working on larger or high-profile construction projects in the UAE
  • Spoken knowledge of English, Hindi, or Arabic (always helps with teamwork!)
  • Familiarity with UAE safety standards

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Free visa, accommodation, and transportation—your essentials are taken care of
  • Salary from AED 1800–3000, depending on experience and role
  • Overtime and benefits in line with UAE labor law
  • Diverse and welcoming crews—you’ll meet people from all over
  • Steady pipeline of projects, so there’s always work to do
  • Opportunities to sharpen your skills or step into new specialties
  • Real support from on-site supervisors and a helpful HR team

It’s not just another job—it’s a chance to be part of the team that keeps Dubai growing. We believe in rewarding effort and value, and do our best to make every site safer and fairer for everyone.

Please note: As part of our recruitment process, an application fee is applicable.

  • Walk me through a typical day on the job for you—how do you prioritize tasks when you’re balancing multiple responsibilities under time pressure?
  • If you’re applying as a mason, steel fixer, plumber, electrician, carpenter, or painter, what tools and techniques are you most comfortable with? Can you give an example of a job where your skills made a difference?
  • Tell us about a time when you had to interpret project plans or take instructions from a supervisor—how did you ensure you got the details right?
  • Dubai projects often require working under the sun and in tough conditions. What do you do to maintain stamina and stay motivated through long, hot days?
  • How do you make sure you’re following health and safety guidelines on the job, even during hectic project phases?
  • Describe an instance where you worked with a team from different cultures or backgrounds. How did you overcome any language or communication barriers?
  • Have you ever had to switch between different types of tasks (for example, helping with cleanup, moving materials, or jumping into another trade)? How did you adapt?
  • What steps do you take when you notice something on-site that doesn’t meet safety standards or could become a problem?
  • Our crews are known for strong teamwork and reliability. Can you share a story where you stepped up to help a teammate and it made a difference?
  • How do you handle last-minute changes or new requests from supervisors, especially if it means shifting priorities or working overtime?
  • What motivates you to show up on time and give your best effort, shift after shift, even when the work gets tough?
  • This is a fast-paced environment where schedules and roles can change quickly. How do you stay organized and keep your focus on the big picture?
