What You’ll Be Doing
- Tackling site work—everything from carrying materials to setting up scaffolding (helpers, we’re looking at you!)
- Skilled roles: Masonry, steel fixing, electrical wiring, plumbing installation, woodworking, painting, and more—your trade makes the project move
- Reading project plans or following supervisors’ instructions to keep things running smoothly and safely
- Assisting with site clean-up and ensuring all health & safety guidelines are followed
- Working as part of a tight-knit crew where every role counts
- Flexing between indoor and outdoor work based on project needs (and yes, some days will be hot—Dubai style)
- Pitching in wherever it’s needed to meet project deadlines
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Previous experience in construction or a relevant trade—whether that’s on a high-rise, villa, or commercial fit-out
- Currently based in the UAE (we can’t hire internationally this round)
- Physical fitness and the stamina to handle the rigors of daily site work
- Ability to work well with a diverse, multicultural team
- A can-do, reliable attitude—on-time and ready to go, every shift
Nice-to-Haves:
- Trade certifications or vocational training in your specialty
- Experience working on larger or high-profile construction projects in the UAE
- Spoken knowledge of English, Hindi, or Arabic (always helps with teamwork!)
- Familiarity with UAE safety standards
