About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements

Ever found yourself wondering what it would feel like to literally build the skyline of Dubai? Here’s your chance to find out. Our bustling Al Rigga-based construction company is looking for dedicated new team members who aren’t afraid to roll up their sleeves and make a difference where the action really happens. Whether you’re a seasoned expert or have hands-on experience, we’re currently hiring for several key roles: Safety Officer, Scaffolder, Plumber, Welder, and Mason. This is more than just a job — it’s an opportunity to become part of Dubai’s dynamic growth.

About the Company

We’re one of Al Rigga’s trusted construction partners, known for delivering projects that truly stand out. Our team thrives on hard work and camaraderie, sharing a sense of pride in every structure we put up. While the pace is fast and deadlines can be tight, there’s always time for a good laugh over lunch or a helping hand when you need it. Multinational and welcoming, our crew includes workers from all around the world — here, every background brings something valuable to the table. Safety and respect aren’t just policies; they’re our everyday practice.

What You’ll Be Doing (Responsibilities)

Depending on your role, here’s how you’ll help shape our next big project:

  • Safety Officer:

    • Conduct daily site inspections and ensure compliance with local safety standards.
    • Lead toolbox talks and regular safety briefings — your voice matters here.
    • Investigate incidents and recommend improvements to keep everyone protected.
  • Scaffolder:

    • Assemble, maintain, and dismantle scaffolding structures at various project locations.
    • Ensure all access solutions are stable, safe, and signed off before work begins.
    • Collaborate closely with site supervisors for schedule and safety checks.
  • Plumber:

    • Install, inspect, and maintain plumbing systems and fixtures for both residential and commercial builds.
    • Troubleshoot leaks, clogs, and mechanical issues — sometimes on the clock, sometimes just ahead of it.
    • Work as part of a multi-skilled team to keep things running smoothly.
  • Welder:

    • Weld and fabricate metal frames, structures, and supports as per project requirements.
    • Interpret blueprints and technical drawings — precision is prized.
    • Carry out periodic maintenance on welding tools and equipment.
  • Mason:

    • Lay bricks, stones, and concrete blocks with a skilled hand and a craftsman’s eye.
    • Repair and finish walls, floors, and masonry features across various job sites.
    • Ensure all work meets site specifications and safety guidelines.

What You’ll Bring (Qualifications)

Must-Haves:

  • Relevant hands-on experience or certification in your trade (Safety, Scaffolding, Plumbing, Welding, or Masonry).
  • Currently residing inside the UAE (this is a must for application).
  • Willingness to work as part of a multicultural team.
  • A good attitude towards safety, punctuality, and teamwork.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Previous experience on UAE construction sites.
  • Basic English or Arabic communication skills for smoother teamwork.
  • Flexibility to work overtime as projects require.

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you — skills and motivation count just as much as paper qualifications.

Why You’ll Love Working Here (Benefits & Perks)

  • Competitive salary packages (AED 2000–4200) based on experience and trade.
  • Free employment visa, so you’re one step closer to living and working worry-free.
  • Company-provided accommodation — no hassle, no extra costs.
  • Comprehensive medical insurance for both accidents and general health.
  • A diverse, supportive workforce where everyone looks out for each other.
  • Opportunities to grow, train, and move up: many of our foremen started on the tools.

We know construction can be tough work, but it’s also deeply rewarding — you’ll build more than just structures here; you’ll build lasting friendships and a future you can be proud of. If you’re ready to join a hard-working crew that values safety and camaraderie just as much as results, we hope to meet you soon.

Common Interview Questions and Tips

  • How do you make sure your work, whether it’s assembling scaffolding, laying bricks, or welding frames, fully complies with safety standards specific to the UAE?
  • Tell us about a time you had to troubleshoot a technical issue—maybe a stubborn plumbing leak, a challenging weld, or an unstable scaffold—and how you resolved it under pressure.

  • Describe a situation where you had to work overtime or adjust your schedule to meet a major project milestone. How did you manage your energy and focus?
  • Can you give an example of how you handled a misunderstanding with a coworker, especially when there were language or cultural differences involved?
  • What motivates you to keep high standards of punctuality and reliability on site, even when faced with tough working conditions?
  • This team includes people from many backgrounds. How do you ensure open, respectful communication and build camaraderie with your teammates?
  • Safety and respect are core to our culture. What steps do you personally take each day to look out for your own safety and the well-being of those around you?
