What You’ll Be Doing
- Site Supervisor: Oversee daily site operations, coordinate teams, and ensure safety protocols are always followed.
- Scaffolder: Erect and dismantle scaffolding systems, making sure they’re secure and up to spec for your fellow workers.
- Plumber: Install, maintain, and repair piping systems — from water supply to drainage, keeping everything leak-free.
- Welder: Read blueprints, join metal parts with precision, and help reinforce the structures that shape the skyline.
- Tile Mason: Lay tiles with accuracy, creating smooth and durable surfaces for floors, walls, and other key areas.
- Work closely with colleagues of all backgrounds, supporting each other to meet project deadlines and quality standards.
- Communicate regularly with site management to ensure tasks are prioritized and completed safely.
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Relevant hands-on experience in your chosen trade (supervisory, scaffolding, plumbing, welding, or tile masonry).
- Currently residing in the UAE and ready to start immediately.
- Willingness to work as part of a multicultural team and contribute to a safe, respectful site environment.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Previous experience on large-scale construction projects in Dubai or the GCC.
- Basic English or Hindi/Urdu communication skills for daily site coordination.
- Certification or training relevant to your trade.
