What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting day-to-day construction tasks as a General Laborer—think site prep, material handling, and assisting skilled trades.
- Installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems if you’re a Plumber.
- Shaping and finishing concrete, laying bricks, and ensuring solid structures as a Mason.
- Measuring, cutting, and assembling wooden frameworks and fixtures as a Carpenter.
- Bending, tying, and placing steel bars for reinforced concrete as a Steel Fixer.
- Handling electrical wiring, troubleshooting, and safe installation as an Electrician.
- Following health and safety guidelines to keep yourself and your team safe.
- Collaborating with supervisors and fellow crew members to keep projects on track.
- Pitching in wherever needed—because on this site, teamwork is everything.
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Relevant experience in at least one of the following: general labor, plumbing, masonry, carpentry, steel fixing, or electrical work.
- Current residency in the UAE (all nationalities welcome).
- Willingness to work overtime when required.
- Physical fitness and stamina for a fast-paced site environment.
- A strong work ethic and punctuality—your teammates count on you!
Nice-to-Haves:
- Previous experience on industrial or large-scale construction projects.
- Basic spoken English, Hindi, or Arabic.
- A positive attitude and eagerness to learn from others.
