What You’ll Be Doing

  • Scaffolder: Assemble, secure, and dismantle scaffolding on active construction sites, ensuring safety standards at every step.
  • Plumber: Install, repair, and maintain building plumbing systems — from water supply to drainage pipes, with precision and care.
  • Pipe Fabricator: Cut, shape, and join metal piping components for various building systems, reading technical drawings when needed.
  • Welder: Perform welding tasks (arc, MIG, or TIG depending on project), ensuring clean, strong joints for building infrastructure.
  • Mason: Lay bricks, tiles, or stonework with a craftsman’s touch, helping to bring new structures to life.
  • Follow site safety rules, wear protective gear, and report any hazards right away.
  • Cooperate with team leads and other trades to keep projects running smoothly and on schedule.

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves:

  • Prior experience in your specific trade (scaffolding, plumbing, pipe fabrication, welding, or masonry)
  • Currently residing in the UAE (any nationality welcome)
  • Physically fit for demanding site work and comfortable with outdoor conditions
  • Basic understanding of job site safety practices
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends if needed
