About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements

Ever thought about being part of a team that quite literally builds Sharjah’s future—one brick, beam, and tile at a time? If you’re someone who takes pride in skilled handiwork, enjoys the sense of achievement after a day’s honest labor, and loves working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment, then you might be the kind of person we’re looking for. Our well-established construction company is expanding, and we’re looking for dedicated workers in all construction trades to join us on our major new projects.

About the Company

Our team is a lively mix of seasoned professionals and energetic newcomers, drawn together by a shared passion for shaping Sharjah’s skyline. We like to say that our strength lies in our people—those who show up day after day ready to tackle any challenge, whether it’s the heat, a tight deadline, or a tricky corner that needs just the right touch. We’re proud of our reputation for reliable work and strong teamwork; Friday breakfasts and on-site celebrations are just part of the culture here. Everyone’s voice matters—and everyone’s contribution is valued.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Masonry: Laying bricks, blocks, or stone with skill and attention to detail.
  • Carpentry: Building, installing, and repairing frameworks, scaffolding, or wooden structures.
  • Steel Fixing: Setting and tying steel rebar to reinforce concrete and support project stability.
  • Painting: Preparing and painting interior or exterior surfaces for a professional finish.
  • Plumbing: Installing and repairing pipe systems, fixtures, and water supply lines.
  • Electrical Work: Assembling, installing, and testing electrical wiring and equipment safely.
  • Tile Fixing: Laying and finishing tiles with precision and care.
  • Gypsum Work: Installing and finishing drywall or gypsum partitions with accuracy.
  • General Helper Duties: Assisting skilled workers, maintaining tools and job site cleanliness, running materials.
  • Other Trades: If you have a construction skill and can get the job done safely, we have a place for you.

Every day will bring something different. Sometimes you’ll work with your hands; at other times, it’s your problem-solving or teamwork skills that will shine.

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves:

  • Previous experience working in construction (any trade)
  • Willingness to work outdoors and adapt to a range of site conditions
  • Ability to work well within a team—reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious
  • Physical fitness and stamina
  • Commitment to learning and taking instruction when needed

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Certification(s) or training in your trade
  • Multilingual abilities (Arabic, Hindi, or English especially valued)
  • Experience with large-scale or multi-phase construction projects
  • Familiarity with workplace safety standards in the UAE

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Competitive pay and steady work — we keep our crews busy year-round.
  • Opportunities to learn and grow — work with experienced foremen and skilled tradespeople.
  • Team spirit — you’ll feel part of something bigger, not just a number on a roster.
  • Onsite meals and regular team events — a little appreciation goes a long way.
  • Modern equipment and safe work practices — your safety is not negotiable.
  • Diverse, respectful environment — we welcome workers from all backgrounds.
  • Convenient project locations across Sharjah

At the end of the week, there’s a sense of pride in seeing what you’ve accomplished (and a good laugh with colleagues doesn’t hurt either). If you’re ready for consistent work, honest pay, and a supportive workplace, we hope you’ll consider joining us.

Market-Based Salary Overview and Analysis

For skilled construction trades in Sharjah—such as masonry, carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, and tile fixing—you should expect a monthly salary ranging from 1,500 to 3,000 AED for general workers, while specialized tradespeople with solid experience or certifications can often command between 2,500 and 4,500 AED per month. If you bring several years of experience, relevant certifications, or can handle multiple trades, aiming for the higher end of this range is reasonable. It's always advisable to consider additional benefits like overtime pay, accommodation, and transportation, as these are commonly included in UAE construction roles.
