What Your New Team Members Will Be Doing

  • Lifting, carrying, and transporting construction materials safely to site locations
  • Assisting with the assembly, repair, and maintenance of building structures
  • Following blueprints and supervisor instructions closely for daily project tasks
  • Operating basic tools and machinery with care and adherence to safety standards
  • Supporting skilled tradespeople as needed during construction and renovation
  • Maintaining a clean and organized work environment, even in high-paced situations
