What You’ll Be Doing
- Installing high-quality kitchen units, wardrobes, and woodwork fixtures according to project specifications
- Reading and interpreting floor plans and installation diagrams (no two projects look the same!)
- Measuring, cutting, and assembling wooden components on-site with top-notch attention to detail
- Troubleshooting installation challenges as they arise and suggesting practical, creative fixes
- Working closely with project managers, designers, and other installers to ensure timelines are met
- Maintaining a safe, tidy work site — and leaving each space looking picture-perfect for handover
- Representing the company with professionalism and pride when interacting with clients on-site
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Demonstrable experience in kitchen and wardrobe installation, preferably on big projects
- Strong skills with hand and power tools, plus a keen eye for detail
- The ability to work efficiently as part of a team — reliability really matters to us
- Good communication skills (English or Hindi/Urdu preferred)
- Eligibility to work in Dubai and availability for full-time, on-site presence in JVC
Nice-to-Haves:
- Familiarity with the latest woodwork installation techniques or tools
- Experience working on premium/luxury residential projects
- Basic knowledge of reading technical drawings and blueprints
