About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements
Ready to turn wanderlust into a rewarding career? We’re on the lookout for a spirited Counter Staff (Male/Female) who thrives on making dream vacations a reality. In this customer-facing, sales-driven role, you’ll be the trusted voice guiding travelers to their next adventure—whether that means flights to far-flung destinations, hotel stays in hidden gems, or travel insurance that lets people roam worry-free. If you’ve ever felt the thrill of planning (or booking) the perfect trip, you’ll feel right at home with us.
About the Company
We’re a close-knit team of travel enthusiasts who believe every journey starts with a great experience at the counter—ours or yours. Our office is rarely quiet, and the walls often echo with stories from returning explorers and new clients eager for advice. We pride ourselves on going the extra mile (sometimes literally!), whether that’s tracking down last-minute deals or swapping sightseeing tips over our weekly staff lunches. Growth is important to us, but so is the sense of adventure and fun we share as a team.

- Hit (and celebrate!) monthly sales targets, both individual and team-based
- Handle booking systems, payment processes, and document checks with accuracy
- Offer after-sales support for those inevitable client “help, I lost my ticket!” moments
- Share honest feedback and ideas in team meetings—your insights help us grow
What You’ll Bring
- A genuine enthusiasm for travel and helping others discover the world
- Proven experience in a sales or customer service role (bonus points for travel industry background)
- Strong communication skills in English; additional languages are a big plus
- Confidence and empathy when working with clients from all walks of life
- Keen attention to detail—no one likes a missed connection!
- Flexibility for occasional weekend or evening shifts
Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.

Most of all, you’ll feel the buzz of helping people’s adventures come to life—and you might just catch the travel bug yourself (if you haven’t already).
