What You’ll Be Doing

  • Greet walk-in clients and provide friendly, expert advice tailored to travel needs and budgets
  • Craft and sell customized travel packages covering flights, accommodation, transport, tours, and insurance
  • Proactively manage inquiries—by phone, email, or face-to-face—with a can-do attitude
  • Keep up to date with the latest promotions, deals, and industry trends so you’re always one step ahead for clients
  • Hit (and celebrate!) monthly sales targets, both individual and team-based
  • Handle booking systems, payment processes, and document checks with accuracy
  • Offer after-sales support for those inevitable client “help, I lost my ticket!” moments
  • Share honest feedback and ideas in team meetings—your insights help us grow
