What You’ll Be Doing

  • Welcoming patients with a smile, making sure they feel at ease from the first “hello.”
  • Managing appointment schedules with precision—yes, double-bookings make you twitch!
  • Answering phone calls and responding to emails, always with clear, friendly communication.
  • Guiding patients through check-in and check-out processes, including handling payments and insurance details.
  • Supporting the dental team with day-to-day coordination and administrative tasks.

  • Occasionally lending a hand for small translation needs, especially if your English skills shine.
